tranny upgrades

I am looking for any improvements to upgrade the tranny for towing purposes, i want to use it for my business and i will be towing the max limit most times and want to get the most from the trans, is there a better trany or torque converter any info is great thanks

I would upgrade or add a external transmission cooler. Heat will be the number one killer. If you do plan to tow constantly at the max rating, I would suggest finding somthing more capable to tow the load. I have seen 4L60E upgrades all over(Google it) but it is mostly beacuse of high HP needs for racing.

Completely agree with the above statement, go with a larger external tranny cooler. Also an aluminum cast deep pan. Both will give great cooling ability and the deeper pan will allow you to hold more fluid. You could also look into a shift kit to increase line pressure and firm up your shifts. Best bang for the buck would definitely be the larger external cooler.
