I have a 98 gmc sierra 3500 and I checked the rpo code listings here- theres a few in the glove box that ain't on it. Anybody know what the are?

EVA  K19  R6C  R6F  SLM  TFF  VP6  VX5  ZQ3  1SC 1SZ 6XD 7XD.

A COUPLE OTHER CODESS ON THE SAME LABEL:

BC/CC          U 9260            13D

Any help with these would be greatly appreciated. Thank You :thumbs:

Don't know the other codes, but:

BC/CC = base coat/clear coat

U 9260 = that is your paint code.  It must be a solid color paint job, or else it would have something like L ####, for the lower color of a two tone paint job.  :thumbs:

Welcome to the site.  Hope you enjoy it.

EVA = Should be the Evap system for emissions.  All GM vehicles should have this

K19 = A.I.R. seconday air injection system (standard on OBDII vehicles)

R6C = some form of an option package/upgrade that comes automatically with another option you have

R6F = Same

SLM = Plant where built I.E. St. Louis, Missouri.

TFF = some form of an option package/upgrade that comes automatically with another option you have

VP6 = Noise control (exhaust)

VX5 = I think this is a bumper code

ZQ3 = Sales package, driver convienience II

1SC = 1SC Package, option 3 (this is an option package such as ordering LS or LT trim upgrades you to a 1SB, 1SC, or 1SD package).  Hence a fully loaded LT truck would have either 1SC up to 1SD.

1SZ = 1SZ Package, option discount/option group savings (from ordering 1SC package above instead of the options individually)

6XD = Springs/ computer selected, front LH

7XD = Springs/ computer selected, front RH.

Tom is correct on the other codes, those are paint codes.
