which the right ecm/pcm

1991 2500 4x4, 5.7l "K" built in canada.

 

what is the right ecm /pcm for my truck. I unpluggeed the knock sensor to check if it is causing me problems, drov ethe truck and never got a check engin light or stored code 43. I want to replace the ecm/pcm and found it had a rebuilt 16147060 in it. it says rebuilt by gm on it I don;'t think it would come of the assembly line with a rebuilt computer,so i was wondering, is that the right pcm? my trucks knock sensor goes straight to the ecm/pcm, no knock sensor nodule on it(dark blue wire to computer). thanks for any help.
