Custom Tune Question

I ordered the Westens custom tune, now I have to fill out the form. I have a 2003 Silverado 2500HD 6.0 with 4.10's

 

 

MPG vs Power <00000> ----I checked the middle one

87/89 Duel octane----I checked that one

Torque Management--Normal <000> Remove most all----I checked remove most all

 

My question is on the tranny shifting part-- Normal <000> firm, which one should I check off here?

And what about the shift rpm? The option is to leave stock or specify rpm. What do you guys recommend here?
