Does anyone know what the percentage of light the factory tint allows? 20% ?

yeah it's 20%. I just got my front windows tinted and they matched the rears to 20%

I think it's more like 17 or 18 percent, but anything from 15-20 will look fine from the outside.

My local tint shop said factory tint was 18%. I got 15% for the passenger and drivers windows and you can not tell the difference between it and the factory tint.

That's what I put on my '02 and it was perfect.

I could not get 20% to match mine - the titanium gave it a silver hue....So, I went 5% all the way around!
