Ideas For Backup Sensor System

I have my first pickup - an 06 Crew Cab Silverado. I'm still learning how to judge distances when backing up as I'm not used to the length of the truck. I'm considering looking at somekind of sensor system to mount in or on the rear bumper to alert me audibly or with a display as to how close I am when backing up to another object.

 

Can any Silverado owners who have installed these please give me some ideas on brands, features, sources, etc.
