No strong feelings for either team, good or bad, but am pulling for the Ducks.

 

Game 2 is on right now... half over and still scoreless.

I voted for the Sens. My GF picked the Ducks on a bet with me. I originally picked Buffalo though.

 

Yes, ESPN dropped the NHL to cover other things like girls softball, darts, and other wanna-be sports that no one cares about. Big mistake they made IMO. The NHL has some of the best athletes in the world. All the new prospects and rookies in the last few years will boost the sport. I know here in MN, the Wild seats have been sold out every game since the Excel Energy Center opened. This was years ago.

 

Next year with Sidney Crosby announced as the new Captain of the Pens, they will make a solid run.

 

With the newsalary cap a few years ago, it made most teams all competetive for the cup. It makes the sport even better.

The Game Monday Night (#3?) was the first game ever I've watched in entirety.... NHL is growing on me.
