Ticking Noise Under Dash?

I have this ticking noise, like the second hand on a mechanical watch, coming from under the dash. It doesnt do it very often, but it is usually after hitting a speed bump in the parking garage at work a little too fast. Has anyone experienced this? I dont think it is the ABS pump, becuase what ever it is stops when I turn the truck off.

I've noticed something similar - almost sounds like it may be coming from the steering shaft underneath the dash, just above the pedals. It's rather intermittent and I normally notice it when I'm driving it in the morning - perhaps on a long turn at average speeds (ie. 40mph). The ticking itself also isn't consistent. I've been too distracted by other noises (ie. loud popping noises) recently I almost forgot about it. But it's on my "list" of issues when it goes to the dealer in a week or 2 for scheduled maintenance.

I believe I have had the same thing, and still do. I took it to dealer when warranty was expiring and they replaced the dash cluster. Sounds a little different but is still there. I think it is due to some little motors that operate the gauges and there are other posts that talk about it.
