05 Up 1/2 Ton Pick Up Electric Fans Operation

At what engine temp. and what fan speed(s) to they come on, also when a/c is on is it a/c compressor clutch engagement, temp., a/c pressure and/or charge temp.? I have a Nelson tuned pcm and his electric fan

harness/relays, he set them both to work at low speed over 200 degrees, and right fan comes on at high speed

with a/c on, it appears even at highway speeds right fan is on at high speed, I would think this fan should shut off

at higher speeds?
