With or without.....

Finally got some pix up on my computer. Here are two, one with the side rear vents, one without. Which do you guys like, with/without?

The windows appear to be dark enough that the appearance isn't bad either way.(Not alot of difference appearance wise.)They may help to keep the cab cooler with them on .

Nice ride, same as mine except it's a GMC. As for the vents, I think it looks better stock.

Sweet looking truck newbie. I like it without the vents. The truck would look alot better if it had the fender flares on it that match the lt pewter.

I like the way the vents look because I don't see too many. They look great from the outside, especially with the front window visors. I'm for anything that makes a popular truck look unique. I've never driven a truck with them, do you get a bad blind spot?

That's a very good looking truck, just next time you post a pic, clean it up a little will ya'? ;)

Sweet Truck!! The more i see these sharp trucks makes me kinda regret having the pleasure of cleaning my black one

As for the louvers I think they look way sharper off.. Mind you i m not a fan of accessories a different colour than the body..

Actually i was pondering the same question but i figured someone would ask it sooner or later..

So same question applies to me.. *with or without*

What ever you do it looks sharp.. Its always great to see someone added touch to an already great truck!

Chev4ever - I like the looks on your black truck, entirely different than on my white. The "with" picture was taken prior to the one without. I originally put them on at the end of winter and then took them off a month or so ago. Took them off 1) there was a HUGE blind spot looking over your shoulder to merge into left hand lane. Really distruberd my vision, others might not mind so much but it really bothered me. As for the looks, now that I have them back off I think I like them off. Sorry about this DigUout! The other problem was we took some visiting relatives out to Cape Cod and they complained the whole way they couldn't see a thing!

I am looking for some fender flares. Was hoping to find someone getting rid of theirs online but havent had any luck. I was thinking of giving or selling the vent shades because I dont think I will put them back on....anybody need them?

I do notice the major blind spot with them on.. Its a little cooler inside from them on but they scratch easy.. I went a little bit of offroading once and came out all scratched.. They actually fell off the last time i took them off.. But i was tired of moving them around in the garage so i figured i would get them retaped.. What i dont like about them as well is when youve finally dried your vehicle off after a wash and you leave and theres like a crap load of water still there..

The fender flares are a great looking thing to add on.. We did in the silverado but if you plan to buy the ones from the factory be prepared to pay some $$$.. From our experiences there pretty expensive..

Thanks...I didnt submit my "better" pix since I kinda saved them for the truck of the week deal...I HATED the water pouring out after the wash too Chev4Ever! Thought I was the only one though.....I do have to drive people around at times for work and I think the looks are a little more toned down for business plus they get to look outside.....thanks again for the comments..!
