Tail Gate Clips And Spare Hoist

Newbie here.

 

I need help. Some scumbag stole my spare by cutting the cable and then broke my tailgate while trying to steal it!! I bought a new tailgate handle bezel but I need to replace the clips that hold the rods into the tailgate release handle. Also need a line on a new hoist assembly for the spare (Dealer wants $140!) Dealer says you can't replace the cable, scumbag cut when they stole my spare...........also need a new wheel for a new spare ;-(

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated
