Starter Install.

So my starter is shot on my 02 6 liter, i picked one up at Napa for a great price. I have change the starter on my 70's chevy big block (2 bolts 2 wires)...so im just wondering if its basiclly the same routine on changing out the starter on my 02 6.0...and any tips on anything or is it straight forward like my big block chev motor?. The starter i have in the box looks like it takes 2 bolts and 2 wires of the selinoid. Right?
