istabemos Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 On the way to work i noticed on my truck which is stock performance parts but has lift and tires when you get on the gas it will scream in the high RPMs past when it sould be shifting then shift and take off, im buying a tuner soon how much will the tune fix the long shift periods? tnx

The tuner will also remove most of the delay and firm up the shifts considerably. I think you'll notice a tremendous difference!
brnr17 Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 he is correct ... i put a wait4me in my truck a few weeks ago ... it was amazing ... at WOT before my truck would shift from first into second and then just sit there ... now it shift right into second and gooooes ... very nice ;)
