Gmpp Catback Exhaust

Hey guys that heated debate about who makes GM's new exhaust Corsa or Borla? I just call Corsa and they told me they are not manufacturing GM's new exhaust Borla is making them. Well that settles my question on who to go with, I have narrowed it down to Corsa or Magnaflow.

I'm assuming this is the Borla system since I see no spare tire??? Where do you keep your spare?

Yes this is the Borla GMPP Catback. The spare is going to go in the bed most of the time and in the back seat if I need more room. I've got it in a nice case so it won't get anything dirty.

Sorry, but that reason alone would send me to Corsa. That is piss-poor design IMO. Especially for a "GMPP" product.

My feelings as well. That's why I went with Corsa. GM also sells a small inflator incase you get a flat. Maybe those who have the GMPP Exhaust could benefit from that $100 after-thought accessory.

I personally don't mind since I put the tire in my pickup bed generally to keep it away from the salt. I agree that GM should have probably had a system that would allow the spare to stay on but like I said, I don't really mind that much.

when i went to the parts dept at my dealership, the guy told me they didnt even make an exhaust kit yet for the NBS trucks. i went out and bought a magnaflow that exits out the side in front of the rear tire. (that way i dont hafta deal with the spare tire at all)
