Help Asap, 1500hd Rear Brakes

It is a 2003 1500HD & had 2 piston rear calipers. First off, how do you get the caliper off? With the Torx bolt that the caliper slides on, or the hex bolts that hold the caliper bracket to the rear? I took one off with the hex bolts. Second, how the F&^% do the pads come out of the calipers? I can't figure out the MF'er.

 

Please help.
