Dash Lights Nbs

I have found I often need my dash lights on during the day with my NBS 07 Sierra. The only way I have found to do this is by putting on my fog lights. Is there any other way to turn them on without turning on fog or head lights?

They should also come on by simply turning on your marker lights and leaving your DRL's and Fogs off. That's how I roll most of the time. I hate the DRL's.

The light knob has several positions the default is AUTO, a twist CW is OFF, another twist is Parking,Dash the final position is Headlights.
