Wait 4 Me Tune Waiting.......

How long did you guys have to wait? I paid for an SCT handheld w/ 3 custom tunes on September 14th! His wife emailed back yesterday morning saying it would go out in the afternoon....never got the click-n-ship number.

Called Jesse this afternoon and he said it was finished yesterday and would go out this afternoon....still haven't received a click-n-ship number from him. This runaround bs is a little ridiculous.

Anybody else have these kinds of issues with him!?

took me about 2 weeks. I made several calls, but felt like a pest. Never got a tracking number by computer but was given one over the phone when I called for more info... patience

I've been patient I think, considering he told me he'd have it out in a couple days. I hate being a pest, so I don't want to keep calling him, but it just feels like he outright lied to me today on the phone. Guess I'll call him tomorrow.

Wow! Since March? I hope that's sarcasm or you're waiting to save the money!

I really like the idea of having 3 tunes at my fingertips for the same price as the Wester's. I hope the quality is not like his service.

They emailed me a UPS tracking number tonight, which is not going to Greenville, NC but Concord, NC nearly 7 hours from me......

Needless to say...getting a little frustrated

Not Sarcasam. I think I just have been forgotten about, but they do not answer my emails anymore either. I have other tunes already so it has not been a problem for me.

Talked to them yesterday, the computer was shipped back out to me months ago. They are running the tracking number on it, i did not know. I am owever sending my current computer back to him to be worked on. The current tune is not correct.

have an 07 5.3 and got a tune from jesse .....320 with the new computer. Let me tell you that 5.3 has really woke up!!! As for the torque management thing....it has gotten way out of control in the forums.....dont worry about it unless you plan to drag race the vehicle. Most of the torque mgmt is between shifts anyways...talk to jesse....trust me. all you need to tell him is the vin, what mods you made and he'll do the rest...all i had to do is the crank relearn at the dealer with the tech 2 and theft system reset...500 miles on the tune and it really made a big " in the seat of your pants" difference. It has definitely helped me out too. On the first tank alone I got about 1MPG better than stock and it pulls much stronger than before. At WOT, the truck jumps up and flies!

It's only supposed to get better on the mileage side after a few tanks, so we'll see what happens on this tank.

I have a feeling he mixed up the titles though as the economy tune has much more power than the performance tune. The performance feels like I'm towing off the line. I will be contacting him about that.

I'm thinking of going the SCT route as well. Did you have to give him a lot if information on what you wanted for each tune or was it pretty much 3 canned tunes on an SCT flash device?

Which tunes did you go with?

I'm thinking:

1) performance

2) towing

3) economy

I'm not sure I'll ever use the economy tune, but you get 3 for the price.

BTW what was the total cost for the 3 tunes and the SCT?
