Airdam and Tow Hooks installed,

Some people had asked me about how the tow hooks are installed after installing a body lift.  I wondered that too when considering a body lift.  Here's how I did mine.  Hope it helps clear up any questions.  They are installed exactly like they would be if there was no body lift.  Trimming of the airdam is required, which can be seen in the pics.  It would have been nice if you could flip the hooks over, so you don't have to trim the airdam and so they would be up in the opening instead of hanging kind of low, but you would only be able to get the horizontal bolt installed.  The one that installs vertically, from the bottom, wouldn't line up.  I'd rather trim the airdam and have the extra strength than only use one bolt.  ???

I also cut those "loop" looking things on the frame horns off so I didn't have to cut the airdam opening any larger.  It also keeps as little as possiblesticking out from the airdam.  I had hoped I had enough room to install some of that gutter guard screen in the opening, but I don't think it will work like I imagined.  I might work with it some later.

I like the license plate

:D   Thanks.  I got it straight from the souviner shop at DEI, when me and my son stopped in there once a couple years ago.
