Where is that sand mountain located? Just wondering cause we have a couple like that here in Nevada in the Armagosa Desert area north of Vegas and those pictures look very familiar. It is fun to cruise around on the sand dunes, and a whole lot of fun to do it in big trucks.

Ok, I know that area a little bit, been around there before. There is a couple of places down south of there between Fallon and Vegas that have some sweet Sand Dunes too, those are what I was thinking of. Nevada has some great geology, but unfortunately after 20 years of seeing it, everything starts looking the same.

Maybe some day we will have to have a western meet-up out there or something like that.

Those pictures remind me of the good old days living in Nevada (I used to live in Yerington). You can take trips and drive for hours and still get no where....but you can sure see a helluva lot of old stuff if you know where to go..

Yep, that is so true about Nevada. It is just a barren waste land really, but there are little hidden treasures I you look hard enough.

Nice video NeXuS1. Looks like a lot of fun. I wanna get an ATV one of these days so I can go play out in the boonies and the dunes, but gotta save money for my lift first.
