Power Seat Memory Problems

I occasionnaly have problems with the memory settings with the power seats on my 2003 Yukon SLT. Specifically, after a while the car forgets the seat setting I have programmed. If I wait several weeks and hit position 1 for example, it will go to a seat setting I never saved.

 

I also don't even use the other remote (#2, wifes set) to open the car because when I do, It will not remember my settings when I go back to my remote (seat, radio stations, etc.).

 

I'm assuming some electronic module has to be bad with regards memory settings? I have an extended warrenty so this should still be covered. Any idea of what is wrong before I waste time going to the dealer?
