I have a corsa sport dual system and after some shifting around I finally got the bottom pipe comming off of the Y after the muffler to stop shifting. There is no exhaust leak That I can feel comming from any of the clamp points but was wondering....is water dripping from the clamp area normal? Also The flange on the head pipe is flush on the bottom and has a gap on the top but again no leak.....any imput is greatly appreciated...thanks

Water dripping from a clamp? I'd think that would indicate a leak for sure. Probably can't feel any exhaust leaking because of the water (condensation). The flange should be equal all around. sounds like the bottom of the flange was tightened too much before the top.

yes the drain hole in the muffler is facing down......The flange is a bolt on both sides an there is no leak at the head pipe...I adjusted the clamps a little and it seems good now.....I had my wife rev the engine while I was underneath checking the clamps....can not feel any exhaust .....should be good no?
