This sorry piece of s**t digital camera couldn't focus on a time slip if it wanted to, so I'll try to get pics later. I drove an hour straight there and was racing within 2 minutes of getting there, but I'll type the slips. I need a tune. I was at full weight minus spare tire. 55* 50% humidity.

Best run

R/T .065 <----WOOT.

60' 2.221

330 6.259

1/8 9.526

MPH 76.02

1000 12.306

1/4 14.71

MPH 92.92

The others were 14.76 @ 92.94 & 14.73 @ 92.95. I think with a decent cool down, no tailgate, bed liner, sub/box/amp, or tow hitch with 0 humidity I could see a low low 14.6's @ 93 mph. I really should have taken that stuff out yesterday but the weather seemed iffy. Traction seems pretty good, track prep was a joke until the big dogs showed up. My G/F got 2 videos, but she doesn't seem to know how to zoom. I'll upload them later, right now I'm fighting this camera for the time slips. Overall I'm kinda happy, I went from 14.9's and 15.0's to low 14.7's, with a tune I think I should see 14.4's. I should have been running 14.7's with a tune only :lol:

Me too, some guys on PT.net do/did, in EC trucks!!! I'm deciding on either doing a dyno tune, or having Zippy program my factory PCM which is collecting dust and tossing in a 3000 verter. He's a killer at tuning with the same price as Wait4me. I mean we have the same set ups (RCSB 5.3 2wd 3.73) and he's running 14.2's with nothing but a trailblazer converter, I/E, and programing...on 20" wheels.

I really should have prepped for going today tho, I didn't even check the tire pressure or anything. I was in a rush to get there (weather). This spring will have much better results.

Oh yeah, stalls are excellent bang for the buck, Yank Truck Thrust 3000 stalls are only $525, good for .4. Get a bigger tranny cooler from ricer zone or advance auto to replace the factory one I have and it should be a safe set up.

 I think the TBSS needs a 3000 stall. That with AWD would straight up fly. You will never be traction impaired...unless your in the 10's

Mike I will be happy when your TBSS does this!!!

Yeah, but I don't trust higher stalls on the highway. They just seem like they'd build too much heat. And I use the SS for a lot of road trips.

I'd LOVE to have a Maggie and 3200 stall.

I'm dropping that yank tt 3000 in mine when I get a tranny rebuild for sure. Supposedly you can tow and haul just fine with that model converter.

I've heard that as well. I hear the Yank TT 2600 is great for towing, but seems like a stock TC. I'm deffinately shooting for the TT3000, on a mild naturally aspirated motor it should flash around 2600~ with the throttle mashed. First I need to get the shifts dialed in when I get tuned, I'll bet this thing will pull up to 6300, when it shifted @ 5900/6000 at the track it had more left.

You need a converter. EXPECT at least .3 improvement with that alone. I suggest a 3000 stall.

I know someone who is selling a BRAND NEW 3000 stall TCS converter. I think he wanted $300 shipped. Shoot me a PM if you are interested.

:D Krambo I would but I had to take 2 weeks off work right after I bought all the cam stuff, but I'm deffinately shooting for one later this year or early next year, along with a tune, probably dyno or Zippy. I want to go zippy for price and simplicity, (and he's awesome at tuning) but I want to go dyno for awesome tuning and to know what numbers I lay down. Either way I'll get the times I should be getting :P
