Burnt Lights On Wheel Instruments

Some are on some not, can i replace a light or not, i dont want to beak out my tools and take my wheel apart cuz thats nasty its an 05 sierra 1500 non-hd, and one is out on my defogger on my temp control panel, easy fix or no, i searched around and didn't come up with any thing, any help?

I had the same problem on my 2005 silverado 1500, bought a set of new controls off ebay. Took me about 15 min. to replace. Not hard at all.
