Body Module 9392990 Problem

have a 2002 suburban with the 9392990 body module. as well as other suburbans we service in our Chevrolet dealership. thing is, some of the units have the DRL's working and some dont. in the units that don't have the DRL working, we plugged them into the tech 2s. The tech 2 says there is no problem with them. as a matter of fact, you can switch on the DRL with the tech2. our technicians say we have a few isolated cases here.

What do we need to do to get the DRL to work?
