2001 Sierra C3 Radio Issues

Is there any way to repair blown bulbs in the stock radio (Only the power button is lit from behind)? Or does a new head unit need to be purchsed?

 

Also, how do I reset the Theft password, I just purchased this truck and the old owner couldn't tell me the code.

The same thing happened to my truck. Most places including the dealer told me to get a new one but I found a place in Michigan that fixes them. They charged me $85 plus the shipping out there and guaranteed the work for a year. The only drawback is that your without a stereo for about a week depending on when you send it in. I have some bulbs that I bought, but I dropped my radio and it doenst work anymore, so I have 10 new bulbs for a delco radio. If you know how to solder they are easy to put in. I paid 18.99 for 10, ill send em out to you for 15 to your door.
