I'm looking at getting a mount for my laptop.

Any thoughts out there?

You gotta be serious and willing to drill some holes........ Try This! They have a couple other options, but I want my laptop SECURE!

There are some bolt-on solutions, such as the Ram-mount. But most I found would end up taking up too much passenger leg room or just wouldn't work in my vehicle. There was also some discussion here as well. Haven't seen and pics here of them installed from anybody around here though, so it's sorta hard to say.

I'm not sure what business your in but the Panasonic toughbook (CF-18 or 19) is worth a look. Option to order a locking base plate. Plus the laptop itself is not so bulky.

I'll have to consider the custom work top. Mine will go in my '03 Savana.

Only problem is Mikeee you'll need to drill some cup holders in your desk if ya cover them up (Like I did) A trip in the morning without a coffee is way offside LOL

Looks like you already have spilled coffee in front of the Motorola.

Well then you get the idea  for drilling the cup holders.

In Canada you can go to the electric chair for spilling "Tim Hortons" coffee...
