Codes To Reprogram Radio From Non-bose To Bose

Can someone post the codes to be entered to reprogram the NBS radio from non-Bose to Bose? (UQ7 w/o Y91)

 

This is an example of an older style radio that I'm looking for so when I take to dealer, I'll know exactly what to tell them.

 

If you have regular stereo system (non-Bose), the programs should be:

Anyone? My dealer said they'll do it for free if I know the codes. Otherwise, they'll charge me $100 to have to figure it out themselves.
