hello all!

new to the forum but i have owned chevy and gmc trucks since i started driving. started out with a 1979 chevy luv truck! 2 trucks later i now own a 1998 gmc sierra 4x4. its not new but it still looks pretty good and its a pleasure to drive.

i'm glad to be a new member here. i try to do most of my own maintenance and repair work but definitly do not claim to know everything.

hopefully i'll be able to post and help out with my past experiences as well as learn off of you guys.

thanks guys! yes i have always loved that body style also.

as far as mods or plans for it, yes. but there is always the money issue. with 3 kids, they come first.

someday i'd like to add dual exhaust to it and maybe some mods to the engine.

Yes,I think the '88-'99 "Classic's" were some of the best GM ever built,I still miss my '97 K1500 ext.cab Z71
