Blower Motor Issue

Hey my blower motor only works on highest setting. It is a 04

dmaxx with the dual slidebar controls. Is there a fan speed resistor pack like in older cars or is it built into the control panel?

thats it what he said ,you will also MAY find the connector for it is melted,dealer only as far as I know for $100. approx,crimp 1 wire at a time ,stagger the but connectors for a nice tape job,.

Forgot to mention you may want to change air filters while your in there,something that gets overlooked until the reduced airflow reduces heat or ices up the evap.Just a thought.

04s don,t have filters for htr box

Oh, looking at photo just looked like it had them. where are they located?

Yea, I think there ia dirt or something in my heater box that caused the failure. I keep getting a bunch of stuff blowing out on top the dash. Thanks for the help everyone.
