Abs Light/brake Light On

The ABS light and brake light on my '01 Tahoe is on about 75% of the time.

It usually comes on after driving for a few minutes. The code that comes up

is CO265 (EBCM relay circuit). What do I need to do?

I have an 01 Sierra and have this same thing, doesnt seen to affect anything . It did if for some time and then quit, just the other day it started back. I did notice this was after I had set the parking brake on an incline. I hardly ever use the parking brake. Any ideas.
