Sagged Front End?

hey does anyone know when the front end would generally start to sag on a 2006 Vmax CrewCab with 20k miles?? I've got a free wheel alignment for tuesday morning if I want it, and I'm thinking about putting 1 or 2 turns on my tbars just to tighten up the front end again. I dont want to go too much and make it really stiff, but if its gotten softer over the last couple years, I would like to tighten it up. I also added a westin bull bar this past christmas, wasn't sure if that would drop the front end at all

If anyone has stock height for one of these new it would also help me out as to whether its drooping in the front.

Any comments would be great

Looks fine in the pic you have there. Is that an older pic?

But these trucks are always going to be higher in the back. They do that so that when you're towing it doesn't sag in the rear. You can tighten down the TB a bit if you'd like though, especially since you're already going to get an alignment. Would help even it out a bit.

Otherwise, as long as you're tire pressure is OK, and it's driving well, it all sounds normal to me.

yeah, that pic is from about 6-8 months ago....also have a bull bar since then. it seems fine to be as well, just wondering how much they sag with time and stuff mostly.

Definitely should not be sagging after 2 years and 20,000 miles. My 2000 has 167,000 miles, and I have a bull bar, and it's not sagging at all. If you want to crank the t-bars to level it out a little, go for it, just be aware that if you go over 1" of crank, your ride will start to suffer.

pulled it in my friends garage yesterday and did some measurements. My drivers side front was sitting nearly 1/4" lower with half tank of gas. So I put 2.5 turns on the driver side and 2 turns on the passenger side. Now sitting at 36 1/4" in the front (to the fender) and 37" in the back. Wondering if I should have went the extra half turn on the driver side to bring it a little higher??

I gained approx half an inch...and i think it rides much better (girlfriend agrees, so it can't be too bad  )

on my way to the garage now in a little bit for that free wheel alignment :D
