99 Sierra, Couple Issues...

OK, my 99 sierra has a couple things going on. First, I am getting a rattle in my steering wheel when I go over bumps ( not the intermediate shaft), it seems like it is in the horn assembly on the steering wheel, like it's loose or something? If I hold down on the wheel real tight and rest my hand on the horn it wont do it. Second, I am getting a popping noise from under or just behind the cab when I turn or pull into a driveway with a dip, it almost seems like it does it when the frame is popping when it is flexed, the wierd thing is it only does it when it rains or is wet. Lastly, I have had an intermittent squeaking/creaking noise in the front end when I go through a dip at slow speeds or hit large bumps at slow speeds, it has come and gone 2 or 3 times now, will be there for a couple days, then gone for weeks, then back again, it is not doing it now. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
