Would these tires fit with out lifting the truck???

They will fit fine as they are considerably smaller in overall diameter then the stock tire. If you run these "rubber bands" your speedo will show a speed somewhat faster then actual speed (this will make your odometer have more then actual miles). The recommended 22" tire size for the truck is 275/45/22.

No leveling kit required to make the size you mentioned or the one I mentioned fit on this truck. If you want larger (taller or wider) then you might need a leveling kit (285/45/22 or 305/40/22 would require a level kit)

That will fit, but I would get a thicker sidewall tire.
