No, but in most cases you are better off taking the $2k and finding financing yourself. In September I got a 5.29% rate and took the $3500 from GM. That was through penfed credit union, which I found online. I think the rates have dropped since then even thanks to this country's inflationary federal reserve

 

Just my 100% honest opinion but the $2k incentives going on right now are pretty poor, in my opinion. I think I would give it a little while and see what Memorial day brings. With the price of gas now, and summer coming, they will be needing to move these trucks sooner or later. And $2k isn't going to help move them at all.

That's interesting, thanks for sharing. I knew this formula was pretty accurate but glad to get some confirmation. I ended up getting my truck at almost exactly my target price, and they would not budge below it (believe me, I tried) nor would they throw in any extras like Line-x or nerf bars. I did, however, make sure they at least filled the gas tank for me. lol.

 

They got the last laugh though, they probably were thinking on the way out the door, "The poor lint covered bastard has no idea what's coming."
