I am looking to upgrade the grille in my 2003 Sierra. I was wondering if anyone has installed the GrillCraft MX-Series Grille that could give me some info as far as fit, finish and quality.

I don't know anything about them and they are not my style so I am a bit biased. That said, I'd like to offer my opinion that these grills, and others like them, look cheap and flimsy. It looks like it's made of screen door material or a heater grate or something. It's not consistent with the meatiness and ruggedness of these trucks, even those that are lowered and tricked out. I'd look into a billet grill or something a bit more sturdy, personally. The first time you hit a bird or someone leans against that thing it's going to bend.

I will say though that if it's what you like, go for it. You'll find unsolicited opinions happen here quite often, sorry. Welcome to the site.

EDIT: Do you have any pics of your truck to share?

I helped a buddy install the SW series, and his had a great finish...as for the mx, I would assume that it would be just as good.

I can't speak for that manufacturer but T-Rex makes mesh grilles like that and I love my T-rex grille. I also have a carriage works on my other truck and the T-Rex quality surpasses the carriage works.

Is the T-Rex a cut out or overlay?

Looks like a cut out to me. If you click on my cardomain you can see my T-Rex but it's a plain billet and was a cut out but comes in overlay. I went with cut out just becuase I wanted to be sure you couldn't see anything behind it.
