T-case Leak

The lower mount bolt on my encoder motor, is leaking fluid from it. I removed it and the threads are still ok but a little trashed. This is the bolt closest to the drain plug. I pulled it out and cleaned it but it still leaks after a couple of days. Any ideas on how to fix or might this be the start of a bigger problem, I swabbed out the hole with a q-tip and got red fluid on the q-tip so I think its leaking from the base of the threads almost like it is cracked internally on that thread, can this be fixed or do I live with it?

What if ya try some Permatex on the bolt to seal it?

What if ya try some Permatex on the bolt to seal it?

 

Thats what I am gonna try this weekend, Hopefully it works.
