Performance Spark Plugs

Reading about some in stylin trucks today and E3 Performace Plugs claim 13% better fuel economy over standard and 12% more horsepower. Is upgrading your spark plugs worth the money or is it kinda like the throttle body spacer delimia. If those stats are correct id pull the trigger on new plugs and wires anyday..bottom line, worth it?

a spark plugs job is to spark. as long as its clean and sparks, thats all you can ask for. how complete a burn is is more dependent on combustion chamber design. yes spark plugs will make a difference, if you replace an old plug with a new one...which is how they probably get those numbers. they pull the plugs out of a high mileage motor and put in their own ones and poof, good power
