Stock Navigation To Dvd

I am a newbie to this forum. I recently purchased a 2005 Yukon Denali. I was curious if there was a way to turn my Navigation into a DVD screen. The truck has a DVD Player and I want to be able to watch the movie on the screen in the front without purchasing a new headunit. Is this possible?

that only works if you have DVD it unlocks it so it will play all the time

will it play it on there now if it is in park? if not you can send it to someone i forget who and they will fix the radio to do it for $500

No it doesn't play while in park now - there is no connection. In order to hear the DVD over the radio it needs to be played through a station, such as 88.5 or some unused station like that.

well you will either need to send the radio in or find one on ebay and swap it out to get it to play on the front screen. then you will have to get a lockpick to get it to play while in drive. Because the screens they use for just the nave does not have the resolution good enough to play movies.

Let me know which way you want to go and i will find the company to send it to and you can call and talk to them
