Here is the pics of my recent HID install...H11 in the Low Beams, and 9005's in the Fog Lamps...Overall I am happy..

I have hid's for the lows right now, and am thinking about the fogs. Do the fogs add a lot of light? And how blinding are they to others?

Fog Lights are alright....They put out some light, but nothing that the Low Beam HID's won't already do for you...if you want all your bulbs to match in the front when they are lit up...it is the way to go, however don't spend the extra $$ looking for more light.

haven't been flashed yet...i don't think they blind others.

Ok got a question.. I just ordered a set of the H11 HID's today that did not come with the relay. And after ordering today I started to find some of the previous threads about problems with them. My biggest curiosity is should I go ahead and order the relay harness? I am wandering because I read somewhere that the ballast uses nearly double the power to fire the lights up as the origianal halogens. So my concern is should I get the relays to try and avoid excess strain on the electrical system with prolonged use or see how they work to start out? And one more thing, what are the DRL fuses used for?

I guess the relay thing is up in the air...I mean yes its not a bad idea to have them...and these new HID's will require more juice to get lit up, but I really don't know if you need them or not....its just a matter of personal preference I guess. I'd start out and see how they work...even after putting the money into the harness my Driver HID will kick off if it hasn't been lit up for a while....I don't understand why, but its only the driver side, I've switched ballast and everything. The DRL fuses if for the Daytime Running Lights....you will need to pull those..
