05 1500 Rear Drum To Disc

I have an 01 Silverado that I've had since new.

I have an 05 Silverado that I just bought used.

 

The 05 has rear drum brakes while the 01 has rear disc brakes.

 

Do you guys know if I can just swap the individual parts to make my 05 rear disc?

 

Or do I have to swap the whole rear end housing?

Easier to swap out the whole rear end I would think.

I would swap the whole housing but the '01 (donor) housing has a spun bearing so I would just like to swap the disc brake parts from one to another. It looks like it can be done but I thought I should ask...
