Phone Unavailable

Any time my wife opens the door or starts the engine on her 2005 Yukon, a voice comes over the speakers and states " Phone Unavailable ". How can we stop this from happening?

 

Any ideas?

Does the same thing on my 04 HD. Can't figure it out myself...

I did some searches on Google and some people on a Cadillac Forum referenced this TSB as a possible solution. It might be worth checking, at the very least..

I'll give it a try and see if it works for her vehicle. I'm getting really tired of hearing that same message over and over.
