Slim Subs

Does anyone have a slim line sub? the new JL, Pioneer, or Rockford? Which of these are the best?

JL is too expensive for me, Pioneer seems a little cheap when it comes to their subs, and Rockfords are mostly what I like but I didn't want to spend the dough on a slim when a full size P2 fits behind my seat. Just my $.02

I know that kenwood also makes a slim line sub. And they don't sound sound bad.

I don't really like slim subs. They just don't have enough excursion to produce good bass.

You don't have to have excursion to have good bass. We have a set of JBL Pro dual 18" subs that barely move and can shake the building. Its all in how you wire/power them. Each of those subs gets 750 RMS at 4 ohm.
