03 Wiper Problem

This is my first post to this forum. I have a '03 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. The windshield wiper works on high, but I don't have any delay or windshield washer function. I have put in a new relay and that did not fix the problem. What should I do/try next? Bob L.

When mine acted up like that it was a relay in the steering column that was fried. Good luck, and welcome to the site.

Looking at my 02 diagrams if you have no "washer" function then your windshield wiper/washer switch is bad or you have a wiring issue. There is no relay in the system that I see but I am looking at 02 schematics. Good luck.

Yea, read the post above....sounds like the multi function switch is going to have to be replaced....
