Rear Window Removal

how hard is it to take out the rear window on a 88 c 1500 reg cab ? i wanna put a rear slider in but i have to remove mine plus one from truck im getting slider from . also is there any diffrence removeing a slider vs a solid window

It is very easy. When I went to have mine reattached basically all he did was run a razor blade around the seal and using suction cups to pull the glass off. Make sure you do a really good job of cleaning the around around the seal and take care of any rust that you may find, and a truck that age is bound to have a little.

 

As far as the differences between the two I wouldn't imagine so. There pretty much identical from what I can tell.
