Cmps8n Posted July 25, 2008 Posted July 25, 2008 I am prepared to put on a lift kit. After reading a few others Bds 6" maybe? will 33"s look funny with a 6"?
Lincoln30 Posted July 25, 2008 Posted July 25, 2008 Do you have a leveling kit on the truck already??? What is the exact/complete tire size and what offset and rim width are you running??? IMHO a 6" lift would look funny with 33" tires but should look OK with 35" tires.

Never rubs, ever.
Bigtime Posted July 25, 2008 Posted July 25, 2008 I'm running 305-65-17s on my Sierra. They rubbed a little when backing up at 3/4 turn. I took it to a body shop and they pushed the fender back 1" and used a heat gun to thin out the plastic wheel well liner. See My signature.

YZINGERR Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 i had to trim only with the 36" tires. I have the OBS obviously. 35" clear no prob with 6" suspension and 3" body. Stupid Chevy, my ford cleared 35" tires with no lift.
