So I get my GM Mastercard monthly bill. Earnings Summary: $0.00

 

 

"Earnings information is temporarily unavailable. . . . please contact the GM Redemption Center . . . and select option 4".

 

 

No earnings listed on monthly statement.

 

 

So, was the HSBC GM Mastercard computer down the day my bill was printed? This happen to anyone else?

The only letter I got last month was from my 401K administrator stating that all my funds were invested with IndyMac Bank!

There are now (or have been) more than one GM Mastercard. Mine is the older one with HSBC. Different ones offer different options.

 

All I get is GM Points toward a new GM vehicle. And my GM card has a point limit of $1,500.00. I think, the other cards offer more/different.

My wife and I both have GM cards and noticed the same thing. Anyone know the explanation?

My father had the same problem. I have zero points as well....but i just bought a brand new truck!
