Well some of you might have seen my other thread of de-badging the truck here last weekend...

Well, today... I finished the job. :D

Decided the Z71 stickers were going and it really does look better without them on there.

Enjoy!

Thanks for the compliments!

But I gotta admit, I only used a wet rag and a drying towel on it today.

I use this stuff called Dry Wash 'N Guard that is some pretty awesome spray on and hand buff off dry wax/wash. Stuff is awesome on bug guts, chrome, and windows... Just be sure to not get it on weather stripping or it can dry it out over time.

Very nice look!

I have been hanging out too much with you people. I was getting an opinion from my father about the 4x4 stickers on my truck. Well one thing lead to another, I told him for sure the flex fuel tailgate badge was coming off. He then said the funniest thing I've heard in a few days, "If you take that off people will not know your being green".

Yeah Pa, that's why I went with the truck instead of the economy car, because its flex fuel!

It's as good as you make. It's a pretty fast paced program inwhich you the student really need to be interested and pay attention closely. A lot of those instructors up there have been doing their stuff for a long time and most are ASE Master Techs.

You really get out of it what you put in. Me for instance, I finished with a 3.1 but if I would've tried harder could've easily gotten a 3.5 or higher.

Sounds good. Im still in high school yet and I go to a tech school for HVAC & R and thats what ive been doing for work for the last 2 years, but Id really like to pursue auto mechanics but I gotta see how things are when I hopefully graduate this year.
