hey guys i was wondering about my brakes yesterday . i was cleaning my rims when i noticed on the front driver side rotor has a groove in it. i noticed it to when i braked it would pull and was wondering if this would make my steering pff as it pulls to one side going down the road. it only has 17000 miles on it and i have never hit anything would my warranty cover a rotor and an allignment?

The alignment warranty is only good up to the first 7,500 miles...You can try taking it to the dealer and see what they're willing to do. I'm pretty sure it's normal to have a groove or space in the pads, it's mainly for ventilation so the brake dust doesn't build up and interfere with the pad.

Hmm, might need a pic of it, I don't think a chunk missing out of the rotor itself is normal, at least not on the surface part...
