P0300 Code Only At 2500-2700 Rpm

I have a 2001 Chevrolet 2500HD two wheel drive 6.0L V8 There is a misfire at 2500-2700 RPM range and I have done the following to vehicle in an effort to repair it.

 

We are potentially looking at replacing the harmonic balancer in the vehicle in a last ditch effort to get rid of the check engine light. Also the safety neutral switch has gone out twice on this vehicle is that common for this type of truck? Its also has a nasty habit of going through starter motors….been through 4 in this last year alone. Not sure if any of this is related but I figured I’d add it…but anyways thanks for the help! Replaced fuel pump module

 

Fuel filter

 

Spark plug wire set

 

Checked Ignition system-OK

 

Repaired Wiring at camshaft position sensor

 

Oxygen sensor rear replaced

 

Throttle position sensor replaced

 

Spark plugs replaced

 

Engine Decarbon soak procedure run through this 3 times
