'06 Reg Cab Speaker Upgrade

Hey guys first time poster here. been looking through the forums for a bit and havent really come across my question so ill just test you guys and ask. I have an 06 reg cab SLE sierra and I want to beef up the stock stereo. I currently own some MB Quart 5/1/4" component speakers and i was wondering if i can get these in the truck. i saw that most use 6/1/2's but those were all extended cab. if anyone can tell me what the speaker sizes are for all of the speakers on the stock radio (n bose) i would greatly appreciate it.

also, I have the need for some bass and i was wondering if someone could point me in the direction of a decent behind the seat box for a subwoofer that doesnt take up too much room, (or just a print so i can make my own). Just got the truck today and i already cant take the stock system. any suggestions / direction from you guys would be greatly appreciated!

I don't know if you are still looking, but for speakers and sizes and all that Crutchfield is a great place. The prices are a little high, but if all you want to know is sizing, they have a great database. And I have never heard anything bad about their customer service if you do decide to buy from them. I'd rather buy from them and pay a little more than some of these fly-by-night places where you don't know what you're getting...and then hope you don't need warranty service. As far as boxes, they have some too, or you can check out supercrewsound.com
